How much does Freshd cost for customers?
Nothing. You pay the provider's listed price for your vehicle. Mobile providers may add a travel fee, which is always shown before you book.
How are providers vetted?
We verify business registration, licensing where required, and active insurance before a provider earns the Verified badge.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Upcoming appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled from your Appointments screen at no charge before the appointment starts.
When do I pay?
During launch you pay the provider at the time of service. Secure in-app payments are coming soon.
What's the difference between mobile and shop?
Mobile providers come to your home or office. Shops work out of their own location. Many providers do both, and you choose when you book.
