What we collect

• Waitlist: your name, email, ZIP code and the services you’re interested in.
• Founding-provider applications: business name, services, service area, business email and business phone.
• Contact form: your name, email, topic and message.
• We don’t use advertising trackers or sell analytics data. Our hosting providers keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to prevent abuse.

How we use it

• To tell you when Freshd launches in your area and share launch news (you can opt out anytime).
• To contact businesses that applied about joining Freshd.
• To reply to your messages, and to decide which areas and services to launch first.

We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t share it with other businesses for their marketing.

Where it’s stored

Submissions are stored with our service providers (Cloudflare for form storage and email delivery, Vercel for website hosting) in the United States. Only the Freshd team can access them.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete your information, or to leave the waitlist, email hello@freshd.app or contact us from the email you signed up with. Every launch email will include a way to unsubscribe. We keep waitlist data until launch-related communication ends or you ask us to delete it.

Children

This site isn’t intended for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above. Material changes will be shared with people on the waitlist.
