Freshd has not launched. These pre-launch terms cover this website, the waitlist and founding-provider applications only. Full marketplace terms covering bookings and payments will be published before launch, and you’ll be asked to accept them before using the app.

1. What this site is

Freshd (“we”, “us”) is building a marketplace that will connect vehicle owners with independent automotive service providers, starting in the Cincinnati area. Right now this site only collects interest: no services can be booked and no payments are taken here.

2. Waitlist and applications

Joining the waitlist doesn’t create an account or any obligation, and doesn’t guarantee service in your area.
Applying as a founding provider is free and non-binding for both sides. We may or may not offer a spot, and any terms for providers, including the reduced founding booking fee and how long it applies, will be set out in a separate written agreement before you list on Freshd.
Please give accurate information and only submit details you’re authorized to share, such as your own business contact info.

3. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse this site: no automated or bulk submissions, false information, or attempts to disrupt or access systems without permission.

4. No warranties

This site and any launch plans described on it are provided “as is” and may change. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this pre-launch site.
